A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Recognise Kidnapping”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: “A Bill to Recognise Kidnapping” shall be amended.

SECTION 2A: Section 2B currently states: “Kidnapping shall be defined as: The act of intentionally abducting an individual.”

SECTION 2B: Kidnapping shall now be defined as: “The act of restraining an individual by means of a vehicle, rope or similar material that can be used for this purpose and either holding the person in a place where he or she is not likely to be found, or using or threatening to use deadly physical force.

SECTION 2C: If the suspect uses or threatens to use deadly physical force, other charges may apply.

SECTION 3: “A Bill to Recognise Kidnapping” shall be defined as: A Bill to Recognize Kidnapping .pdf - Google Drive

SECTION 4: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone State Patrol, Sheriff’s Office, Firestone National Guard, The Department of Corrections. and the Department of Homeland Security.

SECTION 4A: This legislation shall be overseen by the governor of the State of Firestone.
