A Bill for Impeachments

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE STATE LEGISLATURE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION I: During the impeachment process, no congressional member shall vote in favor of the impeachment due to personal reasons.

SECTION II: Any congressional member who violates SECTION I of this bill shall be impeached by the House of Representatives and convicted by the Senate, thus taking them out of office.

SECTION III: This bill shall become law when passed by both chambers of congress and signed by the Governor.

SECTION IV: This bill shall be enforced by the legislative branch.

SECTION V: All laws in conflict with this law shall be hereby declared null or void.
