BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Amends the Congressional Motions

SECTION 2: Congressional Motions are defined in this forum thread: Congressional Motions

SECTION 3: The Congressional Motions thread that is being amended currently states: To eject (Y + 2/3) – remove an individual from the chamber floor not the presiding officer or a member of the house of congress in session

SECTION 4: The Congressional Motions thread that is being amended shall state upon the passage of this amendment the following: To eject (Y + 2/3) – remove an individual from the chamber floor not the presiding officer or a member of the house of congress in session **UNLESS IN CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE a Member of Congress disturbs the session, however, can not be ejected if the quorum of the Session is lost upon his/her ejection. **
